About me:

I work with all of the unhealthy negative emotions such as anxiety, depression, guilt, anger, shame, hurt, jealousy, envy . With your help, I will guide you through the management of your emotional behavioral, and symptomatic issues which cause a disturbance in your life. I work for two charities: AnxietyUK and Breakeven. And have my private practice.

My speciality is addictions. 

Approach:

My approach to therapy is called CBT/ REBT which is very effective and evidence-based.CBT focuses on altering your thought patterns and resulting behaviours.
Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy is under umbrella of CBT and was created by Dr Albert Ellis since the 1950s . Find out more on : albertellis.org
 

The main idea is based on the philosophy of stoicism which promotes the foundation that is the belief that causes our emotions like depression, anxiety, anger hurt and so on, not the events.

Moreover, the psychoeducation will allow clients to be their own therapist by changing the irrational way of thinking( irrational beliefs) into rational and more helpful ones. "
